Too much of information in a single slide makes to difficult to read. It is better to use simple pointers. Then explain and elaborate the points with examples. If possible provide few photo copy of necessary information.

Right body language can hold the interest of the listeners. Keep eye contact with them . Make your presentation interactive. If you have forgotten any point or cannot answer any if their queries frankly admit to it. Don’t make the presentation monotonous, add some variety to it.
