UK Car Jobs Attracted Over 1500 Applicants

A very recent job advertisement for the post of senior buyer position and causal driver attracted nearly 1500 applicants in UK. Around 300 applications were submitted for the post of senior buyer and nearly 1200 resumes were dropped for the post of casual driver. The advertisers were taken aback by the sheer volume of the resumes. This also provided a glimpse of the current state of the car market in UK.
